REVIEW POLICY

Effective from January 1, 2024

 

General conditions relating to the publication of online consumer ratings and reviews.

 

  • These General Conditions govern the use of the online consumer evaluation and review service (the "Service") published by Kid Medical, whose registered office is Za de Beauvent 22980 LA LANDEC, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of ST MALO under number 807 778 055, acting in the name and on behalf of the Bed-Wet.com website.
  • The Site allows the consumer, after having identified himself, to use it to publish evaluations or opinions on products and services which will be shared with Internet users. Employees of the Company or one of its subsidiaries are not authorized to use the Service.
  • The publication of evaluations/opinions may be subject, where applicable, to compensation paid by the Company.
  • Each User of the Service is responsible for their own assessment/review. The Company shall not be held liable to any person for the assessments/reviews left by a User.
  • By using the Service, the User unreservedly accepts these General Conditions.

TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICE

 

By posting a review or opinion on the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your rating/review complies with these General Conditions and complies with the legal and regulatory provisions in force;
  • You are the author of the review/rating, that you are not impersonating another person, and that you are not using a false email address or otherwise misleading as to the origin of your review/rating;
  • Your rating/review is your original work and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • All published content is accurate and precise.

You further represent and warrant that you will not submit any content:

 

  • Likely to identify you (please do not use your full name but only your first name or a “pseudonym”) containing information (including prices) on competitors of the Company or their products (in particular other manufacturers and/or distributors and/or suppliers of hygiene and beauty products);

 

  • Having no connection with the evaluation/review of the products presented on the Site for which you receive compensation from a third party in any form whatsoever;

 

  • Not be likely to be considered an advertisement or promotional material or any other form of solicitation that includes reference information to other websites, URLs, email addresses, contact information or telephone numbers;

 

  • Containing a computer virus, or any other potentially disruptive or damaging computer program or file, or instructions on how to create such a virus, program or file;

 

  • Which is defamatory, threatening, abusive, insulting, malicious, inciting violence or hatred, vulgar, indecent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights or inappropriate in any way;

 

  • Which would consist of obtaining or providing diagnoses or advice relating to medical, psychological, legal, financial problems etc.

CONTROL, PUBLICATION AND MODIFICATION OF EVALUATIONS AND OPINIONS

  • CONTROL FEATURES

 

Each User of the Service is informed that all evaluations/opinions are subject to moderation, the main characteristics of which are as follows:

 

  • Before any publication by the Company or its service provider.
  • Within a maximum period of 1 month from their submission by the User.

 

  • REFUSAL OF PUBLICATION

 

The Company reserves the right to refuse to publish any ratings/reviews that the Company considers, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of the terms of use set forth in Article I.

 

In addition, the Company reserves the right not to publish:

  • Duplicate content;
  • Empty/blank reviews;
  • Reviews written in a language other than French;
  • Any unintelligible content (including content containing random characters and strings of words).

 

In the event of refusal of their evaluation/opinion, the User will be informed by email, sent to the address provided as part of their identification.

 

  • PUBLISHED RATINGS/REVIEWS

 

  • The evaluations/reviews published after moderation will be visible on the Site for a period of 5 years.
  • At the end of this period, the evaluations/reviews are kept by the Company for a period of 5 years.
  • Ratings/reviews cannot be modified once submitted by the User.

PERSONAL DATA

 

  • By logging in to submit your review/rating, you agree that the Company and its third-party service providers may use your personal data to contact you regarding your review/rating or, if you have consented, for marketing purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

For any Review you submit, you hereby grant the Company a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, 5-year license to reproduce, perform, use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute such Review (in whole or in part), and otherwise exploit and/or incorporate such content in any other medium, media, or technology.

 

You hereby acknowledge that the Company may, in particular, translate and publish your opinion on its social media pages Facebook, Instagram & Youtube and on any foreign version of the Site www.bed-wet.com or .fr.


You are hereby notified that such posting may include the name (or pseudonym as recommended above) used when posting your review.


You hereby agree that your Review may be used in association with the Kid Medical & Bed Wet brand, the associated brand logos, and under the conditions set out in these paragraphs.

The Service provided by the Company does not allow the User to contact the author of an evaluation/review.
