Exchange and return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your package.

• To begin the return process, please log in to your account and click on theProduct Return option.
• After you send us your request, we will reply by email with instructions on how to return your package within 14 days of our agreement.
• Please ensure that you return all new items in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened underwear.
• Any package returned without following the indicated procedure will be refused.
