Exchange and return

You have 14 days to withdraw from the date of receipt of your package.

• To begin the return process, please log in to your account and click on the Return Products option.
• After sending us your request, we will inform you by return email of the procedure to follow so that you can return your package to us within 14 days of our agreement.
• Please ensure that you return all new items in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept opened underwear.
• Any package returned without following the indicated procedure will be refused.
