Explanation of how a Stop Pee Alarm works:

  • The wireless bedwetting alarm system is a simple yet professional aid for children to help solve the problem of bedwetting. Your child wears the usual underpants but with invisible wires (they're built in).
  • You just attach a small transmitter to the underwear before going to sleep. If your child wets a few drops, this transmitter gives a signal to an alarm, which wakes your child up.
  • This is how your child will be trained to recognise the signal of a full bladder. His bedwetting problem will be over in a matter of weeks.

Note: Sensor underwear must be purchased separately with this version.

  • The Mickey bedwetting alarm only works in combination with Uriflex® sensor underwear. Handmade in Portugal, this sensory underwear looks like ordinary underwear but has special threads. With these threads, a large sensor zone is created to quickly detect urine loss. As boys and girls are built differently, we have special briefs for boys (Boxer) and girls (Shorty). There are several different colours to choose from for each sex.

Are there any dangers for my child when using a wireless bedwetting alarm?

As a parent, it's important that you make sure the products your child uses are safe and effective. Bedwetting alarms are completely safe for your child.
Wireless communication, such as the Rodger wireless alarm but also Uriflex and Dri Sleeper, use radio waves to communicate between the transmitter and the receiver. Radio waves do not emit ionising radiation, which could be harmful. Examples of other devices that use wireless communication are baby monitors, garage door openers and cordless home telephones... Most of these radio waves have a range of 5 to 25 metres.
You can also be assured that these alarms have been tested to comply with IECEE standards, IEC 60950-1: 2005 + A1: 2009. IECEE, the IEC Conformity Assessment Scheme for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components, tests and certifies electrical and electronic equipment.
This test applies to electromedical equipment and also covers risks to patients, equipment operators and maintenance personnel. These wireless bedwetting alarms meet all the strictest levels of safety and performance.
