REVIEW POLICY

Effective from 1 January 2024

 

General terms and conditions relating to the publication of online ratings and reviews from consumers.

 

  • These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online consumer rating and review service (the "Service") operated by Kid Medical, whose registered office is located at Za de Beauvent 22980 LA LANDEC, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of ST MALO under number 807 778 055, acting in the name and on behalf of the website Bed-Wet.com
  • The Site allows consumers, after logging in, to use it to post ratings or reviews of products and services, which will be shared with other internet users. Employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries are not authorized to use the Service.
  • The publication of ratings/opinions may, where applicable, be subject to compensation paid by the Company.
  • Each User of the Service is responsible for their own rating/review. The Company cannot be held liable to any person for ratings/reviews left by a User.
  • By using the Service, the User accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

TERMS OF SERVICE

 

By posting a rating or review on the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your rating/review complies with these Terms and Conditions and respects the applicable legal and regulatory provisions;
  • You are the author of the rating/review, you are not impersonating another person, and you are not using a fake email address or misleading about the origin of your rating/review;
  • Your rating/review is your original work and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • All published content is accurate and precise.

You further declare and guarantee that you will not submit any content:

 

  • Likely to identify you (please do not use your full name but only your first name or a “pseudonym”) containing information (including prices) about the Company’s competitors or their products (including other manufacturers and/or distributors and/or suppliers of hygiene and beauty products);

 

  • Having no connection with the evaluation/review of the products presented on the Site for which you receive compensation from a third party in any form whatsoever;

 

  • Not likely to be considered as advertising or promotional material or any other form of solicitation including information referencing other websites, URLs, email addresses, contact information or telephone numbers;

 

  • Including a computer virus, or any other potentially disruptive or harmful computer program or file, or instructions on how to create such a virus, program or file;

 

  • Which would be defamatory, threatening, abusive, insulting, malicious, inciting violence or hatred, vulgar, indecent, infringing on privacy or image rights or inappropriate in any way;

 

  • Which would consist of obtaining or providing diagnoses or advice relating to medical, psychological, legal, financial, etc. problems.

CONTROL, PUBLICATION AND MODIFICATION OF EVALUATIONS AND OPINIONS

  • CONTROL CHARACTERISTICS

 

Each User of the Service is informed that all ratings/reviews are subject to moderation, the main characteristics of which are as follows:

 

  • Before any publication by the Company or its service provider.
  • Within a maximum period of 1 month from their submission by the User.

 

  • REFUSAL TO PUBLICATE

 

The Company reserves the right to refuse to publish any ratings/reviews that the Company considers, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of the terms of use set out in Article I.

 

Furthermore, the Company reserves the right not to publish:

  • Duplicate content;
  • Empty/blank reviews;
  • Opinions written in a language other than French;
  • Any unintelligible content (including content containing random characters and strings of words).

 

If their evaluation/review is rejected, the User will be informed by email, sent to the address provided during their identification.

 

  • PUBLISHED RATINGS/REVIEWS

 

  • The ratings/reviews published after moderation will be visible on the Site for a period of 5 years.
  • At the end of this period, the evaluations/opinions are kept by the Company for a period of 5 years.
  • Ratings/reviews cannot be modified once submitted by the User.

PERSONAL DATA

 

  • By identifying yourself to submit your rating/review, you agree that the Company and its third-party service providers may use your personal data to contact you about your rating/review or, if you have consented, for marketing purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

For any Review you submit, you hereby grant the Company a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license for a term of 5 years to reproduce, display, use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, incorporate into other works, distribute this Review (in whole or in part), and otherwise exploit and/or incorporate such content in any other medium or technology.

 

You hereby acknowledge that the Company may, in particular, translate and publish your review on its Facebook, Instagram & Youtube social media pages and on any foreign version of the Site www.bed-wet.com or .fr.


You are hereby notified that such publication may include the name (or pseudonym as recommended above) used when publishing your notice.


You hereby agree that your Review may be used in association with the Kid Medical & Bed Wet brand, the associated brand logos, and under the conditions set forth in these paragraphs.

The Service provided by the Company does not allow the User to contact the author of a rating/review.
