The Rodger® Amigo Wireless bedwetting alarm is a small, portable alarm that attaches easily to a child's neck or shoulder using a magnetic clip.

Used to treat nocturnal enuresis, it is also recommended for incontinence (or toilet training). The clip is simply attached to Rodger® underwear for easy detection.
As soon as the child urinates even a small drop, the sensor sends a signal to the Amigo alarm.

The alarm can be set to 3 modes:

  • Sound and Vibration
  • Sound
  • Vibration.
To stop the alarm, simply undo the clip and stop by pressing a button on the alarm.

During the day:

Once the alarm has gone off, the child must go to the toilet and finish emptying his bladder. By doing this, they will naturally learn to recognise when their bladder is full. The child will be potty trained in just a few weeks.

During the night :

Once the light has gone out, the child should go to the toilet and finish emptying his bladder. By doing this, their brain will naturally learn to recognise when their bladder is full. The child will be potty trained in just a few weeks.

Are there any dangers for my child when using a wireless alarm to treat bedwetting?

Wireless communication, such as the Rodger wireless alarm but also Uriflex and Dri Sleeper, use radio waves to communicate between the transmitter and the receiver. Radio waves do not emit ionising radiation, which could be harmful. Examples of other devices that use wireless communication are baby monitors, garage door openers and cordless home telephones... Most of these radio waves have a range of 5 to 25 metres.

You can also be assured that these alarms have been tested to comply with IECEE standards, IEC 60950-1: 2005 + A1: 2009. IECEE, the IEC Conformity Assessment Scheme for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components, tests and certifies electrical and electronic equipment.

    L’appareil est livré avec un mode d’emploi très très court qui consiste à une succession d’images, il n’est pas dit par exemple comment savoir si l’appareil est allumé ou éteint, comment savoir si on est en mode sonnerie ou vibreur et si l’appareil est bien jumelé avec le capteur ou pas, j’ai contacté le service client bed-wet pour avoir un manuel d’utilisation digne de ce nom ou me fournir plus d’informations mais aucune réponse et silence radio total. Achetez votre appareil en pharmacie c’est beaucoup plus sérieux.
