This wireless bedwetting alarm system is a simple yet professional aid designed to help children overcome the problem of bedwetting. Your child wears a pair of boxer shorts fitted with invisible wires (these are built into the fabric).

The new model comes with eight different alarm tones… the user can select a favourite tone or let the alarm choose one of the eight available tones at random.

The obvious advantage of having a selection of different tones is either when the treatment is likely to take longer, or if the incontinence is chronic and, as a result, the user may become ‘immune’ to a particular tone. Similarly, we all react differently to certain sounds; some of us are not in the least bothered by the sound of chalk on a blackboard, whilst others are completely put off by it. For this reason, many people change the ringtone on their mobile phone to one that they find pleasant but which is easily audible in their surroundings.

The new alarm transmitter now has a built-in ‘low battery’ warning light (for transport mode).

Transmitter and Receiver:

The receiver can either be plugged into a wall socket or run on two AA alkaline batteries for use whilst camping or on holiday.

The transmitter attaches to the child’s underwear using two sturdy clips, ready to detect urine. When the transmitter is triggered by the presence of urine, it sends a signal to the receiver, which will sound according to your settings and continue to sound until the child turns it off.

Are there any risks to my child when using a wireless alarm to treat bedwetting?

As a parent, it is important that you ensure the products your child uses are safe and effective. Bedwetting alarms are completely safe for your child.

Wireless communication, such as that used by the Rodger wireless alarm, as well as Uriflex and Dri Sleeper, uses radio waves to transmit signals between the transmitter and the receiver. Radio waves do not emit ionising radiation, which could be harmful. Examples of other devices that use wireless communication include baby monitors, garage door openers and cordless home telephones… Most of these radio waves have a range of 5 to 25 metres.

You can also rest assured that these alarms have been tested to comply with the IECEE standards, IEC 60950-1: 2005 + A1: 2009. The IECEE, the IEC Conformity Assessment System for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components, tests and certifies electrical and electronic equipment. 

This testing applies to electro-medical equipment and also covers risks to patients, equipment operators and maintenance staff. These wireless bedwetting alarms meet all the most stringent safety and performance standards.

Washing instructions

• It is recommended to machine wash the underwear at 40°C
• Tumble dry on a delicate setting or hang on a washing line.
• Do not wash or spin-dry by hand, and do not iron
• Do not use fabric softener or Marseille soap to avoid clogging the contacts in the underwear
• Once a month, it is recommended that you soak the underwear for 1 hour in a mixture of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water to clean the contacts.
