A word from the Founder

I remember... a day that could have been just like any other...

As a child, I was at boarding school and we were waiting for our parents in the study hall. Suddenly, a boarding student arrived, brandishing a diaper like a trophy and shouting:

Julien wets the bed, he wears diapers!

I remember those looks, the insistent and mocking laughter directed at my friend sitting next to me.

I keep and will always keep in mind the extreme violence of that moment! That of having lived and seen the pain, distress and loneliness of my friend.

...But that day could have been like any other. Not for him! ...In reality, that day marked the beginning of a vicious cycle experienced by every bedwetting child:

shame
isolation and withdrawal
loss of confidence
the need arising from the necessity to justify

This blog is dedicated to all parents, to our children. And also to all those who, through their actions, mock without understanding the additional pain they inflict on these children.

Let us never experience such moments again. Without communication, we foster misunderstanding.

Together, let's educate our children, let's put words to a problem that in reality isn't one.
